What LeaseACondo is

LeaseACondo is a condo rental marketplace. We specialise deliberately: condos are governed by associations, and association rules, building-level facts and fee structures are the things generalist rental sites handle worst.

What we do differently

• Verified availability. Every listing shows when it was last verified by the person responsible for it.
• Transparent monthly cost. We collect every fee and show an estimated total monthly cost and estimated move-in cost, clearly labelled as estimates.
• Building intelligence. Where an authorized professional has supplied a building's rental rules and our team has recorded a source and review date, we publish them. Where they have not, we say "Not yet verified".

Where our listings come from

Only from direct owner or agent submission, authorized CSV or feed import from a party entitled to supply them, or a licensed data source whose terms permit public commercial display. We do not scrape other marketplaces.

Where we operate

We activate markets one city at a time. Only markets with real, verified inventory are opened.
