Our target

LeaseACondo aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

What we have implemented

Semantic landmarks and heading structure, full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, a skip link, labelled form controls, screen-reader status announcements for search results, focus trapping in dialogs, contrast-checked colour tokens, minimum 44px touch targets, reduced-motion support, and an accessible list alternative to every map view.

Known limitations

The decorative hero animation is disabled entirely under reduced-motion settings and on devices without the required capability. Interactive maps always have an equivalent list view; the map itself is not an accessible interface and is marked as decorative.
