Listing quality policy

Required for publication

• The submitter has confirmed they are authorised to advertise the property
• The submitter holds the rights to all uploaded photographs and text
• A real, current availability date
• Base rent plus every mandatory fee, with who pays each
• Authentic photographs of the actual unit
• No statement of preference or limitation regarding any protected class

Automatic rejection

Duplicate addresses, stock or borrowed photography, expired availability, missing mandatory fees, or content copied from another marketplace.

Ongoing obligations

Listings must be re-verified periodically. Listings marked leased or removed stop appearing immediately. Expired listings show a clear unavailable page with relevant alternatives and are excluded from our sitemaps.

Reporting

Anyone can report a listing. Reports enter our moderation queue and every moderation action is recorded in an audit log.
