Submitting a notice

A valid notice should include: your signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its URL on this site; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the equivalent statements.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.

Required before launch

Designated agent name and address, registration with the relevant copyright office, and a monitored notice address.
