No guarantee of accuracy

Listing content is supplied by owners, agents, agencies and licensed data sources. Verification is a process, not a warranty. Confirm availability, cost and rules directly before signing or paying.

Acceptable use

No scraping, no fraudulent or duplicate listings, no discriminatory content, no impersonation, no bulk automated enquiries.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and the accuracy of what you publish.

Termination

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms or our listing quality policy.
