LeaseACondo supports equal access to housing. Discriminatory listings and discriminatory conduct are prohibited on this platform.

The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status, or national origin. State and local law may protect further characteristics.

What this means for advertisers

Describe the property, never the preferred occupant. Statements of preference, limitation or discrimination regarding a protected characteristic are prohibited and will be removed.

Assistance animals

Assistance animals are addressed as a reasonable accommodation under disability law, not under a building's pet policy.

Reporting

Use the report control on any listing or profile. Complaints may also be filed with the relevant housing authority in your jurisdiction.
